This public dialogue between President Hamada and President Ogata was held in conjunction with the signing of a collaboration agreement between the University of Tokyo and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) designed to enhance the quality of international cooperation activities and international contributions to developing regions, as well as contributing to the development of academic research and education.
