万一、本資料の一部に第三者の権利を侵害するものであると利用者が考えるものがあれば、下記の要領にしたがい、本ページのお問い合わせフォームから東京大学に通知するようお願いします。なお、署名付の書面による通知をファクシミリ又は郵送の方法によりご送付下さるようお願いする場合もあります。
利用者から通知をいただく場合は、以下の情報を記載するようお願いいたします。
・通知人自身が、著作権者などの権利者であるか、又は権利者の代理人である ことを証明する情報。
・侵害されたと主張する著作物を特定するために必要な情報（著作権侵害の場合）。
・権利侵害コンテンツであると主張する資料を特定するために必要な情報（侵害物の発見のため、URLその他の方法等により、侵害物の特定のための十分な情報を含めるようお願いします）。
・通知人との連絡を可能とするための情報（Emailアドレス、電話番号等）。
UTokyo requests you to notify us via the contact form in this page in accordance with the following procedures, should you believe that any portion of the Materials infringes any rights of any other person or entity. In such case, please be informed that you may be requested to subsequently send us a written notification with your signature by mail or fax.
When you contact us to do so, please ensure to include the following information:
・Identification that proves the claimant is either the owner of the copyright or other relevant right, or the owner’s agent;
・Identification of the copyrighted work that is claimed to be infringed (in case of copyright infringement);
・Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity (please ensure to include sufficient information, such as a specific URL or other specific identification, to enable us to locate such infringing material); and
・Information to permit us to contact the claimant (e.g., email address, phone number).
