UTokyo Open Lecture series aims to directly communicate outcomes of our academic research to a larger audience.The theme of the 131th lecture is Logic.
“Logic" is a branch of philosophy that originated in Greece in the 4th century BC. By examining its origins and history, the lecture discusses the characteristics of Western logic and how it relates to our thinking and world.
