The Global Leadership Program (GLP) at The University of Tokyo and Japan Institute for Global Health (JIGH) hosted an open seminar on innovative data visualization, led by Professor Hans Rosling, a Professor of International Health at Karolinska Institute and co-founder and chairman of the Gapminder Foundation.

Professor Rosling is one of the world’s most popular statisticians notable for his 2006 TED presentation which has been watched more than 6 million times. In this seminar, he talked about how it is important to see the world with statistics in the correct narrative without preconceptions.
