This lecture traces how the specialists in radiation had been losing their reliance after the Tohoku disaster. Right after the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident on March 11, 2011, radiation specialists who related to the Japanese government announced that the radial rays won’t undermine human body. On the other hand, a number of facts were reported as the radiation affects human health, and then people gradually doubt the specialists at the end. This phenomenon gives a question what is the appropriate stance of scientists.
