Pathology Introduction
In general pathology, the concept of disease will be explained in a systematic way starting with pathogenesis. Students are expected to comprehend diseases in a hierarchical way, i.e. at the level of cell, tissue, organ, and eventually at the level of total human body.
In the latter half, lectures on cancer will focus on gene level. It will be difficult if not impossible to comprehend pathology lectures unless you are versatile in the basic knowledge of anatomy, biochemistry, molecular biology, immunology, and bacteriology.
