The purpose of this course is to provide a basic overview of Japanese politics and foreign policy in today's world. As a summer program designed for participants from academic institutions in the International Alliance of Research Universities, the composition of students will be multinational, providing an opportunity for Japanese students to observe their surroundings from a new perspective.
