UTokyo IncluDE Kickoff Symposium “Creating DEI Together” Part 1 UTokyo Center for Coproduction of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (IncluDE), established in April 2024, held its kickoff symposium “Creating DEI Together” on September 22, 2025. Amidst winds of opposition to DEI, how will IncluDE confront these challenges? The content reflects the high expectations placed on IncluDE from both within and outside the university.
