This symposium aims to raise awareness of evidence-based understanding for livestock products in Tohoku where was hit by huge earthquakes and tsunami in 2011. Since negative and baseless rumors about the livestock products in the region has gradually spread and been interrupting its revival, a project which consists of 4 investigations has been run in order to spread knowledge from scientific approaches. According to the purpose, this symposium delivers current progress of the project.
