A large scale decontamination is being processed in Iitate Village, Fukushima, from which all citizens have been forced to take refuge since the nuclear disaster in March 2011. Prof. Mizoguchi has acted for the resurgence of agriculture in Iitate Village since June 2011, in collaboration with an NPO. In this lecture, he reports the current situation in Iitate Village and proposes a scenario of the resurgence of agriculture there.
