UTokyo Open Lecture series aims to directly communicate outcomes of our academic research to a larger audience.The theme of the 126th lecture is New Oder.
The global risks to which the society needs to respond, are complex and cross-boundary. This lecture explains how international organizations and institutions have developed for the purpose of dealing with the problems of global health and cyber security. It also discusses the role of transnational network of professionals, and besides the role of national governments.
