Tohoku Disaster including earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear power plant accident in 2011 brought huge damage to paddy fields. This lecture introduces efforts for restarting rice farming and cultivating new biomass products in the stricken area, and then considers a better design of reconstruction of agriculture in Tohoku.
