UTokyo Open Lecture series aims to directly communicate outcomes of our academic research to a larger audience.The theme of the 128th lecture is Entanglement.
The civil law, one of the basic laws in the Japanese legal system, has a variety of entanglement that has developed over hundred years. Prof. Dougauchi introduces some examples and consider possible solutions.
